Headlee's Headlines

Our class has been discussing Thanksgiving the last two weeks and the meaning of the holiday.  We have talked about why we celebrate Thanksgiving, why our family and friends gather together and share food, and what it looked like at the first Thanksgiving. 

Thank you so much for the wonderful participation in creating the beautiful feathers to add to our class turkey.  It is an enourmous paper turkey outside of our classroom and it looks beautiful with all of the colorful, creative feathers.  Please check out the pictures I have posted up, search Thanksgiving.
