Hermanson's Orchestral Wonders

Our last full rehearsal before the first concert is this MONDAY, Feb. 26th from 4:30 until 6:00.

Cellists, it would be awesome if you can bring your instrument to school that day so we can all play!

Our Pre-Festival Concert is TUESDAY, Feb. 27th at 7pm.

Students need to arrive at 5:45 so we can be ready to play at 6:00. We will have one final run-through on stage before the doors open.

No students may stay after school.

Pre-Festival concert dress is White tops with black bottoms (socks, hose and shoes included!)

CODA FESTIVAL (March 12th) concert dress is ALL black.

Clothes must meet school dress code requirements.

Our next full rehearsal will be held Thursday, March 1st, 4:330-6:00. Sectionals begin again the first full week in March. A list of all after-school rehearsals can be found at the end of this post.

Students must participate in all scheduled rehearsals in order to participate in CODA festival.

Use it, love it, spend hours with it, make it your best friend. Maybe not all the hours at the same time, but hours nonetheless.

I am sorry to report that I will NOT be present at school tomorrow, 2/14. My cold is not much better, but I’m sure with a day’s rest, all will be fine again soon.

First violins: we will have rehearsal before school Thursday, 2/22

Second violins and violas: we will have rehearsal before school Wednesday, 2/21. This is the first day back after your long weekend – please mark it now!!
