Pre-Concert Information
The count-down is on! 1 week to go before our Winter Concert (Tuesday, December 16th).
Several things:
First – We are in need of parents who would like to help with supervision. We need 4 more parents, and no, you won’t have to miss any of the concert to help. Supervision will include keeping an eye on them in the warm-up room prior to the concert and sitting near a group in the theater to help remind students of proper concert-going etiquette (e.g., remaining quiet while others perform, applauding to show appreciation).
Student Report Times for Tuesday, 12/16:
(All students should report to the Orchestra room at this time. Students may unpack and warm up in the Chorus room)
8th Grade: 5:30pm
7-2: 5:50pm
7-1: 6:10pm
6th Grade: 6:30pm
Thanks to Mrs. Kowalchuk and several Orchestra parents, there will be a light reception before the concert for parents, with a full reception afterwards. All are invited to celebrate our student’s hard work and dedication.

The concert will be preceded by a short partner signing ceremony.
6th Grade Members: Shirts have arrived! You will be receiving yours sometime this week.
Dress:
6th and 7th Grade: Orchestra or White shirt/blouse, Black Pants/shirt/socks/shoes
8th Grade: All Black
