I was out today- had to visit the ENT doctor and then went to a Language Arts meeting (SOOOOO exciting, I know!)- and y’all were with Ms. Garrett. From what I heard, you were great!

Here’s whatcha did:

1. DGP (should have been SO easy since we’ve talked about clauses all week!)

2. Read “Trombones and Colleges” by Walter Dean Meyers (Isn’t this a great story?) in your Reader’s Journey book.

3. Answer questions 1-4 in your book, and then answer #5 on a sheet of paper and turn it in!

4. If you finish early, you can S.T.A.R.

**No homework- but your 500 pages is due on March 9th! Don’t forget!

helpI am in DESPERATE need of a book shelf! Mine is overflowing!! (A good problem to have!) If you’re able to give, donate, buy, or build a bookshelf for my classroom, PLEASE let me know! I can arrange transportation if you need me to come get it- just let me know!

Also- if you’d like to donate used (or new!) books to our classroom library, please do! If you’re not sure if they’ll work for us, send them anyway and I’ll be sure to find a home for them!
