American Literature

Welcome to Mrs. Hendel’s Blog!

Please refer to my blog for information about my 2nd period and 4th period American Literature classes.  I will post daily/weekly plans and any handouts here.  Also, please use this as a resource when absent from class.

You may reach me by e-mail at cynthia.hendel@cobbk12.org.  Please send all essays, projects, etc. to dawnhendel@gmail.com because I have limited space on my CCSD account.  If you use my gmail account, I will e-mail you to let you know I received your assignment.  If you don’t receive an e-mail from me, it means I didn’t get an assignment from you.

Happy reading! :)

Please use your time wisely.  Gather all the info you need to show us that you understand the research process.  Please choose articles that specifically address your topic.  Also, you may only use Opposing Viewpoints at the Cobb Virtual Library.  No Google or Wikipedia!

Creating Bibliography Page

To help you use the correct MLA format, here is a Sample Bibliography .  Please remember to use Times New Roman 12, double-spacing and hanging indents for 2-4 lines of entries.
