CRCT and Sewing

Yes! CRCT is over for this year. Aprons and Pillowcases are looking good. Many 6th graders are completing the final step of sewing on their pillowcase. 7th and 8th grade students are rapidly completing their aprons with the last little bit of pressing and sewing.  To complete the Fashion and Interior Design FACS standard, students will take a test to tell what they know about sewing equipment, small tools, and how to properly use a sewing machine. Then we begin our Kitchen Safety and Sanitation unit. For the grand finale, some classroom cooking.
