Today we finished our physiographic maps of Africa and then looked at some cool transparencies of the physical features that we labeled. We then worked in our reading study guides (pp 152-153).

Today we worked with our partners to answer map questions and then transfer the answers to a physiographic map of Africa. Everyone worked very well and the maps look great.

Today we spent a few minutes talking about what we are thankful for. We talked about how lucky we are to live in a free country. We also watched a short video on the land and resources of Africa. We received our postcards and talked about rubrics and assignments.
Homework: If you haven’t finished your cover page, it will be graded tomorrow. Remember you need four pictures representing Sub-Saharan Africa.
