Today we learned how our class mascot, Mr. Cloud, is going to help us with our writing! We also completed a worksheet using longitude and latitude and received a study guide for tomorrow’s map test.

We reviewed for our vocabulary quiz by playing vocabulary macaroni today. We also used desk olympics to configure our room. Can you believe that 7/8th period put the room back in order in 4 seconds? I have never seen a time that fast! Kudos to teamwork!

I hope that you have had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to learning about our world in social studies class this year! We have started the year getting to know each other and are reviewing map skills for the first couple of weeks.
