Word of the Day
During 4th Period today (10.19.09), Mrs. Sheffield came into class for something and we ended up talking about new vocabulary. She gave us an idea that her son’s teacher used and we decided that we wanted to try this! It won’t be every day, but we are going to start a word of the day club. The deal is this… several days a week, I will post a word of the day on this page of the blog. You will use the word of the day just like the other blog extra credit. You must bring me your answer by the end of homeroom on the following day! You will need to turn in the definition for all forms of the word. Extra extra points may be rewarded for using the word in a sentences, illustrating the word, etc. The more you do, the more I can justify giving your points.

10.19.09 (Monday) due 10.20.09 (Tuesday)– LIASON
11.9.09(Monday) due 11.10.09(Tuesday)– LIAISON (Yes, I know it’s the same word, but now that I’ve spelled it right, I’m hoping someone will turn in an answer!)
