I have been teaching middle school school math for most of my twenty-six years of teaching. I taught 8th grade math at Garrett Middle School in Austell for eight years. I then came to the West Cobb area in 1991 where I helped open Lost Mountain Middle School. I have also taught at the West Cobb School when it was open. Three years ago, I helped open McClure Middle School where I have taught math and been the Instructional Technology Specialist for three years.
I am a native of Chester, New Jersey, and graduated from Oglethorpe University with both an bachelor’s (’83) and master’s degree (’87).
