As I told you in class today. I apologize for not updating my blog yesterday. I know you are all used to it being updated, and I think yesterday was the first time I didn’t do it this year. Unfortunately, I had to leave school a bit early to get my dog to the veterinarian’s for an examination and blood tests, and I didn’t get home until after 7:00. When I did get home, I had to give him his pills and give my other dog some attention, and the blog completely slipped my mind.
You were supposed to complete ALL of page 88 in your workbook. If you didn’t, make certain it is completed for tomorrow’s class.
Today in class, after spending much too much time on percentages and fractions, I gave you time to work on page 736, questions 1-4.
If you did not finish page 88 in your workbook, or page 736’s questions, complete them for homework. Be sure that when you explain not only the definition on #1, but also why it is important. On #4, be certain you talk about both "Think About" ideas in your answer.
Also, remember you will be having a short quiz at the beginning of class tomorrow. There will be two percentage questions and a few questions on Chapter 25, Section 1. You will be allowed to use your homework as a reference, so make sure your homework is complete!
If you want to review percentages, decimals, and fractions, here are some websites:

Have a great evening!
