    Parents: Please remember to remind your child to study the yellow sight words daily. The yellow sight words are found on the sight word sheet in the B.E.E book.

    Cory Thornton is the character kid for the month of November. Cory shows great citizenship. Congratulations Cory!!!

    REMINDER: Parents please help your child practice the red sight words daily. Also, continue to review the green and orange sight words too. The deadline for the red sight words will be Friday December 18th. In order for your child to attend the sight word celebration he or she must be able to read the orange, green and red sight words. The 2009-2010 sight word list is in your child’s B.E.E book. Thank you so very much for your continued support!!!!

    The book of the month for December is A Very Special Snowflake by Don Hoffman. This book is about Jeff and Veronica who have lost their new puppy, Snowflake.  Where could Snowflake be? The students will respond to this book by illustrating and writing about how Snowflake got lost.
