Welcome to 7th grade math! We will be learning math skills that will carry us through in our chosen carreers. We will also be learning skills that will make us good employees. These are both very important in life.

- Arrive to work on time.
- Bring their needed materials with them.
- Finish what they start
- Work as a Team
- Are Respectful to each other
- Say “Yes Ma’am,” “No, Sir” and “Thank You”
- Have a Positive Attitude
- Learn from their mistakes and move on
- Are Rewarded for their Efforts
- Are acknowledged for their successes
- Earn bonuses for their improvements.
Our goal is for the business to be a success. Therefore, each employee must do their best.
(The business “Ancient City Subs” is based in Jacksonville, FL. Since it is not local, discussing the store does not promote my business. I am a co-owner of this independent shop. I use the store as a real life example for both the math that we learn, as well as the behavior that is expected in class.)
