Today, was the final test for the CRCT, Social Studies, and yes, it was challenging. Great job to all of our students in 6A for their excellent behavior.
Then we worked a little more on imovie material, I handed out the "Student Names and Questions", so that way groups could get the topic questions on paper and get credit for them, the questions are worth 10 pts. each, and a minimum of 10 questions. I went over the rubric for peer assessment, which will happen.
There will be needed paperwork on my blog, so keep checking back.

HOMEWORK- start gathering some ideas/pictures and see if you can find a flashdrive for any work outside of school.

After another long day, students got to choose their groups today and brainstorm some open ended questions within the set guidelines. Please view the below links for additional information and for research purposes.
TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY, REMEMBER TO USE YOUR STRATEGIES AND TO THINK ABOUT THE QUESTION AND WHAT THE QUESTION IS ASKING YOU FOR!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Also, please be aware that I reserve the right to have a student complete this project using different means (same weighted grade) and working individually if this student cannot function in a small group setting.

We talked about some imovie information and getting started. There is much more to talk about and I will put many important papers linked to the blog very soon.
We also reviewed a little, with some European history and geography. I would like everyone to practice on sheppardsoftware.com, go and try to refresh yourself when it comes to Europe and Canada’s geography. We will also review some basic Economics on Monday.
Here is a list of vocabulary that might be useful to you:
