This week we will be taking the ACCESS test (Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State to State) in class on Tuesday and Thursday. Remember to bring your fiction book to read if you finish early. We will be taking other portions of the ACCESS test on Wednesday and Thursday.

Below is the list of Latin American countries we covered in 6th Grade Social Studies. Find the capitals for all the South American countries, Central American countries, and the starred Caribbean countries. Also, be sure to have your parents sign the guidelines sheet!

Yesterday we went to the media center to find informational books that we will use to complete a research project. If you were not able to check out your books, make sure you return your late books or pay your fines! You need to bring your books to class tomorrow.
