We began our day with CRCT Review Questions.   Later, students viewed a video of the land and resources of Asia.  They chose the questions they would answer once the video was complete. We’ll finalize this assignment tomorrow.

Homework:  Due Friday, March 19th -

Create a quiz (with separate answer key) of the geography terms of Asia.  We will use this as a review before we take the quiz Friday.  Since we will pair up and share our quizzes, everyone needs to remember to bring in their creation…remember you have two night to work on it and there are only eight terms!

1.  Students have completed their Hunger articles.  Creative bumper stickers to make everyone aware of  the problem of hunger in Africa  were due Friday.

 2.  We reviewed our Units 6 & 7 Study Guide.  The test is Monday, March 8th.  I was disappointed in the number of students who did not attempt to answer the questions on their study guide.  I reminded them that Monday’s test is the last major grade they will receive this nine weeks.  Parents, please ask your child about his or her attempt to answer the questions…they received it Tuesday, and it was due Thursday.

3.  We began to review our Economics in Africa and will continue this subject Monday after the test.

Homework

Study for Units 6&7 Test (This information can be found in chapters 17, 18 & 19 of the text).  All vocabulary terms for these chapters should also be reviewed.
