Welcome New 8th Graders!
August 9, 2009 by Mr. Vreeland
Yes, it is that time that we begin a new year. I am so excited to meet all of my new students. I look forward to working with all of you and learning new and exciting things about chemistry and physics.
Our blog is new this year and I am still in the process of updating things the way I like them so I apologize for the unfinished look of my blog. I will be adding more links and helpful tools as I have time.
I try to follow a color coded pattern when I blog. RED is used to give updates about class.
GREEN is used to designate homework.
PURPLE is used to give announcements for what is coming up, like tests, quizzes, or general information.
If you are checking this before the first day of school, don’t worry. I will tell you everything you need to know in class. Just come ready to learn. I enjoy having a relaxed atmosphere in my class. That doesn’t mean that we don’t learn and work hard but it does mean that I like to have an environment that everyone is comfortable in. So sit back, and prepare to discover fun and thought provoking concepts about science in our world!

Chris, if you are on my homepage look up. There should be a tab that says syllabus. Click on it and it will open my syllabus page. – Mr. Vreeland
